Huw Davies BSc MRICS

Huw's expertise comes from over 20 years of experience in agency and development consultancy, most recently as a Partner at King Sturge.

With experience in virtually all property sectors, Huw has had an emphasis on development consultancy and related agency advice. In addition he has specialist experience in multi-property delivery structures, often involved with improving and enhancing existing assets.

Huw was instrumental in setting up the public private sector partnership between Network Rail and Kier Property, the Solum Regeneration Partnership, as well as Isis a property joint venture between Muse Developments and British Waterways.

In addition, Huw has acted for corporates, institutions and developers as well as a key advisor to the public sector.

Howard Morris BSc MRICS


With over 25 years in the property industry, Howard has been responsible for the concept, implementation and delivery of a number of successful development projects in the UK. His career has spanned from providing major retail and leisure developments during the 1990’s, to high profile major mixed use regeneration schemes in more recent years.

Howard has held a number of posts at senior director level within a number of plc. property companies, including Wilson Connolly plc. (Taylor Wimpey plc.), London Merchant Securities plc.( London Derwent plc.) and more recently as Projects Director at Muse Developments, the mixed use regeneration subsidiary of Morgan Sindall plc.

In addition, Howard has held the position as Projects Director, reporting to the Board of English Cities Fund, the UK’s largest major regeneration specialist fund, (a joint venture between Homes & Communities Agency, Legal & General and Muse Developments). In 2012 he helped set up Cobham Free School and continues to be actvely involved in the education sector, offering a unique property and education expertise to existing and new school providers.
